The location is excellent for walking to many sites. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a bonus! The room included all necessary cooking utensils, though the supermarket was a short walk away.
The room was quite small! though the bathroom was clean.

adequate but disappointing experience
hot airloose refrigerator
I was quite let down by some aspects of my stay. The air conditioning only blew hot air it would not cool down. The refrigerator was loose. It moved every time i opened it. I found a bloodstain behind the bathroom door and had to clean it myself the wifi was also terrible.

The premier two bedroom apartment was newly refurbished. Amenities are perfect, especially for those with young children. We had a wonderful view from the high floor and have already rebooked for another stay.

I found the apartment very roomy with full cooking facilities. I had a cooker, hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. the lounge/dining and living area features a balcony i could access from both the lounge and bedroom, complete with a large screen tv and computer access. the staff were also friendly and helpful.
the ac was quite old and ran all day, it made so much noise. i couldn't sleep well.

The staff fulfilled our requests quickly. This showed their dedication. they were also friendly and polite throughout our stay. It was consistent. it enhanced the overall experience.

the accommodation is located near town hall. it allowed for walking to the aquarium and other tourist spots. the supermarket nearby made it easy to purchase groceries.
